I have one that is similiar,mine is a Weber with wood spoke wheels,the wheels on my Weber are much larger.This was given to me by a friend that was born in 1922 and she said it was old when she was a child.
As for price will depend on how many parts have been replaced,would give a guess at $100 to $500 but I am not a appraiser.On FB look up Fedora Antiques he does appraising is very easy to talk to.
You should be able to do a lot of research on the net,start with ebay and go from there.
