    This is one of my rare finds...she is so old and neat looking..I collect Antique horsehoes jewelry. I used to teach and train Jumpers and Dressage for 25 years. So if anyone knows anything about where she comes from...please let me know :) Or what she is really made of. She is a natural stone....
    FYI, I just had the stone tested and it is indeed carved Onyx...yeah :)

      If it's lightweight and does not sound like glass when tapped, it may be jet; in that case it's probably English.

      I looked closer at the chips on the back side and I believe it's glass; sometimes they call it French jet.

      Thank you davyd286, I had it tested and its a natural stone so I think its Onyx.

      That's great news! Onyx is definitely more valuable than glass. How did you have it tested?

      I used a gemtester and took it to the store. They louped it for me. I bought it for $10.00 ....I think I got a good deal....I dont usually buy these types of jewelry.
