This came from an old grocery store in Parks Louisiana, the sign is NOS with the paper backing still in tact on the backside of the sign, overall on a scale of 1-10, about an 8.5 i would guess.

Strange....I have been looking for this sign for a while, and here I live 5 miles from Parks in St. Martinville..my dad retired from Evangeline Bread co. after 35 years....would this sign be for sale.....ray
