Vintage Panetta Garnet Rhinestone Ring

I am a huge fan of Panetta jewelry, especially their rings. I like them when they are chunky and over-the-top, just like this one. It features an open network caged dome top, adorned with small garnet rhinestones and a single, larger one in the center. Signed "PANETTA" and "STERLING".
