As a mad keen carnival glass collector, I did take a break from buying glass and did a few other hobbies.
This is my 1st purchase since my last about 2 years ago.
Was advertised as an Amethyst piece, but when held up to the light, cetainly a beautiful blue colour.
Will take the sellers word that its an amethyst, for the price I paid , I doubt that its a rare blue one :-( wishful thinking.
This is quite a large pedestal bowl measuring about 20cm in height.
The bowl has a diameter of 25cm and a depth of about 10cm.
Overall this pedestal bowl weighs just over 1.4kg!
