Joe Colombo

Joe Colombo designed this glass in the 6ties for Riedel Austria. He had a problem to hold glasses at cocktail-parties, while he was smoking and shaking hands. So his solution was the elefant foot. And it works! Great design.

Riedel glass is in my opinion a very interessting company. They won a lot design-awards.
