Aqua, pottery, bird of paradise. Paid $2.50. Was hideous- spray painted gold, but liked the lines, and when I looked underneath for a mark (none at all,) I saw the original color. I went to town with paint thinner and steel wool, and now I love it. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it mid-century? Anyone know a maker or anything at all?

I'm glad you took the time to return it to it's original glory...hard to say with seeing the base if there are any marks....and confused as it has a base bot also a hole for hanging?

Thanks, Anne! The hole is not for hanging. It's just a part of the design.
