This is a modern made cast iron mack truck made by Iron Art. It has a number inside JM 334 and measures about 6in long.
The casting looks pretty good on this one but you can see signs that this is new, besides being marked. I have seen these that had the markings ground out and rusted.
Obvious Red flags:
The screw holding it together
The pressed on wheels
This post is for information purposes only. I am not suggesting they are not worth buying. If you just want a display item and don't care about value, these are great to collect.
My plan here is to post these fantasy/reproduction type cast iron toys in a special collection. Hopefully this will be useful.
