What are you looking for?
War posters were printed by governments in large quantities in the early 20th century, starting with WW1, to get a variety of messages and propaganda out (recruiting, conservation, secrecy etc). They can therefore be more affordable than you'd expect, and less prone to counterfeiting (except for the famous ones). Some of the most famous American images, such as Rosie the Riveter or Uncle Sam, were popularized by war posters.
Vintage posters are highly collectible, as they make for great discussion pieces and bridge the worlds of art and history. There are many collectible poster varieties, such as wartime, movies, music, political, sports, circus, aviation, railroad and pure art. Condition, rarity and attractiveness are especially critical with posters - do your homework before you buy.
