Trunk from my mil. Had this old photo of an Emily Yeager in bottom. Have tried finding her family but no success :( metal plating embossed with a floral/ivy pattern. Some has been damaged and ripped off. Pretty good condition though. Not sure if the plating could be added to fix it??

In the 1920 US census, there is an Emma Yeager, from Germany ( I think born in 1870s)who lived in Pennsylvania, married to a John H. Yeager, and they had a son also named John.. Maybe J. H. ? In other census records, there is an Emily and John. So maybe???
