    This piece is signed "Elite' on a Maple Leaf. Elite was the trade mark for the Gowens & Kent of Toronto, Canada. Most Canadian cut glass dates from around 1890-1920s. The third photo shows some of signatures you will find on Canadian cut glass. These companies used blanks made in the U.S. and Europe.

      It is a great pattern. I do believe Libbey may have cut this pattern first.
