I found this cake plate at a antique store covered in yrs of dust. After shining it up you can see all the beautiful colors. Blue, purple, gold, and red. It also has a brass pedestal. Very lovely but just don't know much more then that about it. Any help would be appreciated. Made in West Germany, maybe? I just love looking at it when the sun is shinning. The colors just make my eyes dance.
