    Hi there:

    Just another small Murano Art Glass bowl which was an ashtray when it started its life. Lots of Sparkle to it. Have lots of this, as gotta use every inch in the China Cabinet!!

      Another classic beauty Rosie! Like the other you posted, it has that lovely transition from gold to that orange rim which frames the piece nicely!

      Who in their right mind would snuff out a cig in THAT! I see many of these Murano ashtrays here. Wish I had a place to put them!

      LOL.....A lot of them were Ashtray ( some candy dishes I guess ) it was the style of Smoking back them. See this link here, and scroll down:

      Efesgirl --> So right. I have carefully been stacking them on top of one another in the glass cabinet -- with semi-sticky mat between them so they do not clink together ...or move /slid around....LOL
