Looking for information and possible value on this stunning piece. Made in Japan. 4 horses pulling a carriage that is a decanter, missing 1 little gold mug :( I just love it nonetheless!

I notice chains to keep the horses from falling off the ceiling. This often happens when people dump things on CW directly from a phone or camera without looking at the outcome.

I hope they can rotate the pic, as much easier to look at it. Mind you, we have NO preview button but then just turn your image ( edit ) it...
