    A collection of early police tools that are now long outlawed. Pic #2 show two leather coated saps. Pic #3 shows the finely woven cover on the handle of the handle of a police baton. Pic. #4 shows an early set of wrist cuffs. They were said to occasionally break the wrist of the perp. and were outlawed.

      I believe the bottom one in picture #2 was the most popular carry by the cops back in the day, and called a "Blackjack".
