    Such an enchanting piece that I picked up recently at an antiques fair. Bohemian made by Curt schlevogt. Just started collecting Malachite Glass and hopefully will be posting more soon on CW. This one is just awesome!

      My ex would love this, as he is Buddhist and has some taste in glass. LOL.

      Weil Ceramics and Glass Inc. of New York imported a lot of malachite glass from Bohemia in the seventies (their catalogue, prices effective May, 1978). Czechoslovakian government was craving for hard currency at the time and there was a huge remake production. Then again and again, even today in Czech Republic.
      In short, not every malachite is Art Deco Curt Schlevogt, most of it was not made during Art Deco period.
