This is a really cool pottery vase. Has scenes that go all around the vase and features a Native American, a bear, a wolf etc. this space is signed on the bottom by ???? Dini. This face stands around 6 to 7 inches tall and is very unique.

Very nicely painted Mrs T. Could it possibly be B. Sam Dini spelling out his whole first name?

I don't know-will have to do a little research on that one. Thanks for the tip

Our CanyonRoad is the expert on Native American crafts but he hasn't been posting lately. My guess is this is a souvenir pot from the Hozoni line made by Cedar Mesa.

You're welcome. CanyonRoad learned me quite a lot, I thank him in turn.

The name you cannot read is probably Benally. The second name Dini is probably the name that the Navajo uses to describe themselves which is " Dine ", and means "people" in their language. James Benally is an artist at Cedar Mesa and does a lot of the circular themed pottery for them. If you Google James Benally you can see pictures of his work.
