    Hi. I'd appreciate any information on the identity of this depression glass so I can research it more. I've not been able to find it in any of the books or Google yet. It stands about 14" high and looks to be hand painted.

      To me (I am not an expert) it looks older than depression glass:)

      Its is a Moser tankard. If you google images, there is one very similar on Kovels

      Thanks to all (especially Mrstyndall) for your responses. The vase has been identified and I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge. Research from here is a whole lot easier.
