This L. E. Smith or Anchor Hocking glass vase is 9" high x 6" top diameter x 5" bottom diameter. It is not marked. It weighs about 3 lbs. The diameter of the flared top is noticeably larger than the body of the vase. This vase had some sort of mold mark on the base and there are two mold lines on the body of the vase, suggesting that it was made using a two-part mold. All of the design is on the exterior of the vase. There is a bit of bubbling on the interior bottom.
Thanks to keramikos and TallCakes for identifying the maker as either L. E. Smith or Anchor Hocking who both apparently made this style of glass in the 1930s, so I guess it at least qualifies as "Depression Glass". It was sold by L. E. Smith under their "By Craky" line and by Anchor Hocking as Crackled". This is the only example of this vase, in any color, that I have seen.
I found this vase sitting next to the two rose bowls that I posted at the same time, and suspect they came from the same estate(?).

That pattern of faux cracks reminds me of L.E. Smith Glass's By Cracky.

nice vase : ) tho' not sure if it's Smith or Anchor Hocking as their crackle line are very similar. What make me think possibly AH is the bottom look same as their pitcher with that circle in the mold as shown at chataboutdg since they're pretty accurate. but it appears that chataboutdg isn't for sure about the AH attribution. Also not sure AH made the various colors of glass... need catalogs...

I figured you'd get to this sooner or later, despite CW S&T's software troubles.
So, possibly Anchor Hocking.
I did read that more than one glass had made a faux crackle pattern, but that was something I learned only upon trying to find this vase online.
My immediate gut reaction on seeing it was L.E. Smith, not out of any encyclopedic knowledge of vintage glass (I'm pretty far from that), but because my parents had a set of faux crackle glasses that I had to research as part of their estate.
Those glasses are on my list of "always there" stuff. They resided in a built-in corner cabinet with stained glass doors in the house where I grew up. <3
