Art Deco French Bronze Statue on Marble Base circa 1927
I am posting this Art Deco statue on Oct 26/23 as I was busy this week so have not checked my books. I have always liked statues but previously never wanted to buy one of a kissing couple. When I saw this one the very careful use of the couple impressed me. On this one the artist had to have a real life couple pose for it so as to get the very precise pose the artist had in mind. The whole statue really shows the careful use of the Art Deco mental state in composition. The base is approx 30 inches long or 80 centimeters. Dark brown and green patinas as the man bends over the lowered woman for a kiss.

Hello my dear friend!!! I hope all is well and miss you! I love, love this statue!!! I love the art deco so much, it has so much class!
