Hello everyone!!
Here is a Victorian era inkwell depicting a 16th century Frenchman. I love the design of this one and the unique pen rest is one of my favorite parts of this one. It’s experienced a bit of paint loss over the past 150+ years, but still a wonderful piece. It’s missing its porcelain ink pot, but maybe I’ll find a replacement someday. It measures 5 1/2” tall, 5” at its widest point and 4” deep.
