This is a desk model of a proposed turbo-prop conversion of the T-28 trainer that NAA built for many years, the proposal failed because of many factors but there were a few of these Resin models made (I was told less than 10).
This example is not and has never been painted nor were there any 'stores racks' under the wings. The propeller shown is not original since the original was broken in transit from my fathers house to mine,:-(.
The model was made by Topping, Inc. in Akron Ohio in 1963 to the best of my knowledge. Trying now to find someone to repair to original, this is one of my favorite things................
