Hello. This cameo was given to me a couple of years ago. It's so lovelyl. The box says "APA Since 1848". I have more photos but could only upload 4. I also have pictures of the reverse that display the pin and pendant up close.

I just discovered that the 750 on the back indicates that the gold is 18kt. I'm slowly learning more.
You can bet that's the real thing. and very lovely piece. Here's a little info about the MFG.
Giovanni Apa, a company that hails from Torre del Greco, Italy, a coastal city near Naples, specializes in cameos. They manufacture and sell their own pieces and have a museum onsite, making them a popular tourist destination in this city known for cameos. The company also features a few unique handcarved pieces from the studio of the late Professor Noto
Here is a couple smaller ones of mine from the same company, they are not as nice as yours but here they are.

Thanks so much, kerry10456. I really appreciate all the info!! Your cameo earrings (and the other jewelry) are beautiful. Thanks for the love, too! :)
Your cameo is probably shell, not glass.
Thanks again, davyd286, for sharing your knowledge! I really do appreciate it!! :)
Tortoise Shell and coral to be exact.
purpledog, I've looked through these and found a couple that resemble yours but not the same. Most of these are silve, but there are some that are gold. You might get somewhat of an idea of the value of yours.
