This is a Hubley Chief Tin Advertising Sign and Hubley Chief Cap Gun.
The sign is mint condition as well as the gun. Don't know the age of the sign, but is the only one I have seen. Bottom left of sign says The Hubley Manufacturing Co., Lancaster, Pa., USA. The bottom right side says Desperate Sign Co. Wadsworth, O.

gargoylecollector, Thank you for your comment, but I'm probably not the only one.
untill someone else posts one your the only one I know of with an awsome cap gun sign!:)
The two that are currently on ebay both say they're not that old.
I collected Hubley for quite some time. I would be the first to agree that these items are not antique. However not everything old is of value either. You have a collectible brand name. Hold these if you can. They won't sky rocket but to a collector missing these you have an edge.
