I have a toy scooter very similar to this but I think this one is older than mine. I got mine as a present as a child in about 1982-84, can't remember exact year. Mine was an orange colour and had a Kimba the White Lion sticker on it. The shape is almost exactly the same except the pedals were slightly higher and the seat was a long seat. I have a photo of it in mint condition which I happened to come across one day when looking through some old photos, but it is in a very poor state at the moment. I am restoring it after it ended up on our junk pile at the farm for well over 20 yrs. I am going to restore it to look like a vespa.
Forgot to mention, I live in Australia
I believe this is what you have here

I have one just like it stored right now. I'm missing the light and padded seat. Let me know what u find out. What's it worth? Only other one I've seen. FYI
Hi, Paulenater. I don't know what country you are in but in Australia on ebay 2 similar items sold for $305 for a pedal one and $395 for an electric battery operated one both from the 1980's. The pedal one which sold for $305 was missing the seat and the headlight and a few other parts, the electric one which sold for $395 was in mint condition. I couldn't afford to buy either of these, as I have not been working on restoring mine at all as I have been so busy with work and working on our yard etc. I couldn't remember my login, or because I hadn't logged in for so long it forgot me so I had to create a new log in to comment but I am the same Laurie that posted the first comment. FYI the Aussie dollar is higher than the US dollar at the moment so if you are overseas than the scooter may not fetch as much as what it is getting in Australia.
just got one of these vespa scooters found it in a old scrapyard its very rusty but solid its got a few extra details in the tin work a horn /rubber seat cover it also has a copy of a spare wheel under the rack and on it there is a sticker that says something like hebo not sure because its very rusty hope to get some photos up for you to see soon
Mork ,
This is a pedal car scooter made by Tri-ang or in France by (Pierre )GUI.
It is missing a few parts.
I have a few pictures from the GUI catalog also of a restored one, I have one myself in need of restoration.
the scooter sold with 8 different set-ups (options).
1. nude bike
2. with light
3. with horn
4. with horn and light
and then de deluxe version with windscreen , reserve tire and deluxe saddle .
This deluxe version also comes with the 4 options as above, resulting in 8 different set ups.
If you are intrested in some of the pictures mail me on joe.demeyer@skynet.be
cheers
