When I first looked at this clock, I thought the case was made of marble because the jadeite has veins of different colors running through it. It's really made of Jadeite Slag Glass, and it's beautiful! It was made by the Vidrio Products Corporation in Chicago in the 1930's. Are you ready for this? I only paid $10 for it at a thrift store, and it's worth several hundred! It was a good day.
