I decided to add this to the recently posted occupational images of photographers with their camera.
Image itself is about 4 1/2" X 7 1/2" and is on a larger mount. It is typical of images from the 1890s- 1905.
In addition to the photographer with camera, this image is also a "trick photograph". The photographer and his subject are the same-- the photographer appears to be taking a photograph of himself!
Any information about the camera is welcome.

Nice image. The camera is an Empire State field view by the Rochester Optical Company. This particular model variation dates from 1896 to 1902 (I can tell by the hardware details). I had one in my collection years back, but sold long ago. Body is mahagony with cherry wood rails. Size and proportions of the camera look to be 8x10. - Rob

buss-- the trick was done in several ways: multiple exposure cameras or as part of the printing process.
This image was probably done through manipulation of the printing.
