This sandwich plate from Chicken In The Rough restaurants was made by Syracuse China in the Econo-Rim style. A great plate, but how great is that logo?
My parents would take us when we were kids there, and it was always a treat. This company was unique, because even though it was a franchise, one could have their own menu, supplementing it with Chicken in the Rough.
And the chicken was buried under French Fries...I guess that's howit got its name! Great days!!!!
The franchise fell upon hard times, but has been resurrected on a smaller scale in The Midwest and Southern Ontario.
