Not really a figurine but I love "Alliteration" so the title stays!! When the grand-kids come over, they are clearly warned to look but not touch my wife's favorite Glass Fish. She's gone shopping now, so I took advantage of this time to photograph it and ask experts for information on it. She purchased it many years ago at a Flea Market and the seller didn't know where it came from. The main body is Blown Cranberry Glass and the tail, eyes and mouth are applied clear glass. It has a smooth polished flat base , is unmarked and is quite heavy. Rossi Glass Company of Cornwall, Ontario and also in Vancouver, B.C. made similar Cranberry Glass items but I haven't seen this fellow in his catalogues or on line. Any ideas?
