Sorry my comment was not clear -- what do you mean by "lunch box paper"? I am not familiar with the term. Is this an actual lunchbox?

One sold on ebay some time ago - 170919383575. No info. They called it a trunk. It does look like a sort of suitcase. May have been a pencil box.
