    This is a Carl Banks self portrait design and he is dressed as Donald Duck. it was limited to an issue of 565. this one is one of 500 issued to the public there were 50 publisher proofs and 15 artist proofs and came with numbered certificates.

      Your contemporary Disney timepieces are just as impressive as your vintage ones! Thanks very much for sharing and have learned a great deal today. Do you know what date this Carl Banks piece was produced? He passed away in 2000 and just wondering if this is a commemorate issue.

      thank you George no it is not a commemorative issue that I know of it is from the 1990s is all the info on the year that was given. it was issued by Gifted Images Publishing Limited and came with COA from Ted Tumbusch & Ted Hake

      Mickey, we both spelled his surname wrong should be Barks. Lol Really cool self portrait. Will see if I can get one of the remaining 499! Also, thank for the info.
