If the serial number on the inside of the case back starts with a 9 then your watch was manufactured in 1929. I can't make out a date code on the movement. The date code for a 1929 movement would be a shield. It is not unusual for Bulova to use a movement 1 year older then the case. so the date code for 1928 would be a crescent moon. Your watch is definitely not a Miss Liberty.
