Cream Pitcher & Vase

Just got home from hunting around my area in antiques/junk shops.
I found the above items and only paid 8.00 for the two together.
They are a cream pitcher and a small vase in a decorated opalware. Both very nicely done and as you can see very colorful! Both are numbered on the bottom and the cream pitcher has a signature, I think, but cant make it out.
Both have a rough pontil on the bottom.
So, any one know who made there or any other thoughts would be appreciated.
