    Soupy Hines or Sales as most knew him started in radio on WJW 850 in Cleveland, Ohio. My Grandmother wrote to him in the early 50s and he sent this autographed post card to her.

      Soupy died recently and with him an era of zaney humor . I used to end up on the floor laughing at some of his stuff . I didn't realize he was from Cleveland until now . Jack

      I used to watch him on TV when I was a kid. Cedrick the Centipede, the sickest centipede in all the United States, was one of his sidekicks.
      I did the Soupy Shuffle at my son's wedding dance a few years ago and the kids went nuts.
      If you remember him, you should go to Wikipedia and look his name up. Real interesting.
