This is the 'Schoolmaster' Smiths automaton alarm clock. It belongs to my friend and was bought from a dealer in Edinburgh within the past year. It is in working condition.
It was manufactured between 1955-1958 according to Barrie Smith's book 'SMITHS DOMESTIC CLOCKS' Second Edition.
