    Very cool painting, but I absolutely can't find information about the artist.
    I have found many others are looking for additional info as well.

      LERT appears to have been a painter in Thailand who painted his works on a bed of tobacco leaves, as per the texture here. It is probable that the works were bought by tourists in Thailand which then were taken home to places all over the world.
