I'm trying to identify this little guy. He doesn't have any maker marks. He has glass eyes, wood body and swivels where the hooks attach so they can move freely. Do you know anything about him?

what you have is a "Plug-Oreno" made by the South Bend Bait, Co: Its a #959 Made in 1930, collector value range $200-$300. Nice bait.
