      It looks like a cobblers or leather working tool. Any makers marks?

      Thanks for the reply.
      No it has no markings what so ever.
      It belongs to a neighbour and he would agree with you thinking it's use was to do with some kind of leather work.
      If you get chance please have a look at other items I've posted, see if you can identify.

      Maybe its a tool to scrape putty from the old glass window frames. Thats my guess.

      Hi, this shoemakers tool is heated and used to melt a hard wax called healball which seals the cut edges of leather soles ect.
