Hear in Córdoba Argentina we call this pieces Masiteras, something like a tray for tea sweets, but we use for fruits, Sergio and Ricardo eats about 4 a day. We bought them several years ago, they have no mark, they are from porcelain very white, with a winter decor with chest nuts and pines. I have no idea of their procedence or age. High 19 x width 25 cm.

In the Us, they are called a compote, the UK a comport, and you are using them for exactly what they were designed for. Many of the pierced style originated in Germany or Austria, and were popular in The Victorian period through the early 20th century
