    Wandering around on the lakeshore during a boat ride I found this strange looking fossilized nest thing. The "pods" on the one side are rock hard and solidly fixed. Turned out to be an awesome stop as I also scored a large hunk of petrified wood and some small sea fossils. This one, though, has me puzzled.
