This is a mid-century studio pottery square trinket dish with a red & black speckle pattern and fishes and starfishes motif. - Rim is also black.
The piece is glazed (except base) with heavy crackling - it is lightly incised on bottom with "_ _ _ Pottery 1955" (couldn't make out the first name)
It measures 5" by 5" square and is 1" deep
