I have seen that both Kralik and Pallme-König has made starburst/marquetry decorated glass.
But I don't know who might have made this?
The glass is not iridescent. It's ribbed and matte, and reminds of blueberries mixed with cream! The applied decoration is silky-matte.

Josef Velik - the designer
Alois Ritter - the glass-blower.
