It is a lorgnette, gilded silver, black lacquer, gold stripes.
Spring operated, it folds out in one click on the little button on the side!
2.5" long, bale included.
It bears a T-five pointed star-S maker's mark and an illegible dual hallmark for gold and silver.
Plus... It is my 100th post :-D
P.S. Among many other things, I collect antique glasses, pinch noses and lorgnettes ...
