BIRD Hilt Javanese Keris And PHOTOGRAP HOLDING IT

Just Purchased a Lot of consisting of Items from a Doctor's estate who was a Frequent Traveler in the early 1900's. His Photo album shows he has travel to Japan, Tsingtau North China, Shanghai, Manila, Hong Kong, Mayala, I believe this was acquired while in Hong Kong. Maybe This Photograph will help you to help me, just found this picture in his photo. book, look at the sword the man has his hand on????? I do not know it's true age. I know that in some of his photo's and post cards they are dated in the 1920's. I will be posting more photo's with the other knifes & items. Any help with this one will be greatly appreciated.
