Tall Welz? GRECIAN URN Style 3-footed SPATTER VASE- Impressed Mark

This is another of my choice buys at a Czech Collector/Dealer's home a few weeks ago in Florida. I had seen many squat footed Spatter Bohemian glass vases before but this 8 1/2" tall vase was new to me. The shape reminded me of old Roman wine urns lying in the bottom of the Mediterranean . It has three elongated clear glass legs holding it with impressed CZECHO SLOVAKIA lettering on each pad foot. The spatter is smooth and there is an inner layer of black Amethyst inside. I did some research and WELZ seems to be the most plausible maker of this footed vase. RER(BOB)
