my best little canon

This lovely little canon was covered in red and green paint and took a couple of days to get it as good looking as me, as far as I know it was made along with another that I have in the early 20's, I think its later.
I'm told that it was made from the scrap metal left at the end of the days work and given as toys to the workers kids as presants.
The barrel is made of copper and the wheel rims are copper too, I have a brass one i'm working on at the moment and will post it when its done comes from the same maker i'm told so if you know more about it and prove my sorses wrong I would be very pleased
