Bought this little brass lamp for $15.00. The inscription is french and its dated 1860. This is a vineyard wall lantern........it also has the olympic symbol mark on the front. The olympic committee didnt patent those sybols till the 1890' s time frame.
I am thinking reproduction, especially after looking at ebay and some like this and some slightly different.
Don't really know allot about them one way or another, but its worth looking into.....thanks for you input!
