I think this is a 1950'S SCHWINN BLACK PHANTOM, not sure of the year. Still has key in the front fork to lock it. Looks really cool like an early motorcycle. Got it out of an old garage.

They were only built for ten years starting in 1949. You are missing your horn tank. Keep an eye on ebay and I'm sure you'll find one.
