This is a beautiful Asian Pin of some kind. Not sure how old it is and I'm not sure if it is Japanese or Chinese. I wager Japanese. Can someone read the characters of the pin? Probably not gold. I'm not that lucky but a beautiful find anyway.

This is a very odd piece. I'm looking at it again. Is it inlaid? It almost looks like it is some kind of stone with gold art work
Its probably enamelled similar to what they do called cloisonné,

You are most likely right. It is a nice piece. I was curious as to what the characters say. I'm sure it's something good like "Longevity" or "Luck" and not something like "Pull My Finger" lol.
