    Upset and extremely heavy Eros bust....

    I have no information as to who bought or when - also not sure which category to list this item?
    Is it an ornament, accessory or piece of furniture? So am plumping for figurine albeit head only.

    The back has 'Ruggeri' (see pic).

    Does anyone have any info about this 'item' please?

      It is based upon the Eros of Centocelle, I think .... which was a copy of a famous work by Praxiteles.
